Flinders University has recently reviewed its <strong data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"429\">Equal Opportunity Policy<\/strong> to ensure it continues to reflect our shared values of fairness, respect, and equality for all students and staff. This is your opportunity to read the updates, understand what\u2019s changed, and share your thoughts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"755\">The University\u2019s Equal Opportunity Policy has been reviewed in line with the University\u2019s policy framework.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"1169\">Reflecting key developments, including the Staff Code of Conduct and the University\u2019s Anti-Racism Statement, the updated policy reinforces its role as the University\u2019s definitive statement on anti-discrimination and anti-racism. It addresses all forms of discrimination, harassment, racism, vilification, and victimisation, and has been renamed the Equal Opportunity and Anti-Discrimination Policy<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1355\">The updated policy is currently available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flinders.edu.au\/policies\/comment-draft-policies\"><strong data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1247\">Flinders Policy Library<\/strong><\/a> until <strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1279\">Wednesday, 5 November<\/strong>. Feedback can be submitted to <a href=\"mailto:policy@flinders.edu.au\"><strong data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1336\">policy@flinders.edu.au<\/strong><\/a> until this time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1535\">By sharing your feedback, you can help strengthen our culture of respect and inclusion.
