We have seen reminders in recent days that sexual assault and sexual harassment remain a scourge in our society. That is why it is important at Flinders that we remain ever vigilant in order to ensure that everyone\u00a0<\/strong>in our University community feels safe to work or study in an environment free from sexual harassment or sexual assault.<\/p>\n The Flinders University Student Association has led the sector with its nationally acclaimed Be A Better Human<\/a> campaign. The key messages of empathy, consent and respect are impactful and important reminders of where appropriate boundaries lie.<\/p>\n I will repeat my personal commitment that Flinders University will exercise zero-tolerance for sexual harassment and sexual assault. If you have experienced or witnessed sexual assault or sexual harassment, then please speak to someone.
