Dr Craig Cameron, Senior Lecturer in Corporations Law at Griffith University and Corporate Counsel for the Dental Services Network, advising on corporate and employment issues will present the key findings from a case study of Australian university lawyers.
WIL practitioners will have the opportunity to discuss how their university does, or can, manage 10 key operational, legal, strategic and reputational risks in WIL, as encountered by university lawyers. The workshop will reveal how university lawyers, in collaboration with WIL practitioners, can manage these risks.
