Developing Employability as metacognition: Opportunities for learning, teaching and research

Employability is a shared concern for teachers, students and institutional leaders, but how can we develop this within the constraints of limited time, expertise and resources?
This workshop, the culmination of Professor Dawn Bennett’s Senior National OLT Fellowship, will engage participants in a self-assessment of the resources and strategies they have and can use to embed employability within their existing topics and courses. Access to an online self-assessment tool for students, resources for embedding into an LMS and examples of research and career stories will be available.
