Covid-19 has led to an immediate adaptation of the healthcare ecosystem that may result in a sustainable transformation. Adaptation of many aspects: newly formed teams, amended decision making patterns, transformation to digital learning, working in virtual teams, rapid dissemination of best practice and emerging evidence related to crisis management, and many, many other aspects.
Elements of traditional planning processes in lifelong learning in medicine and respective execution had to be swiftly amended to the new reality. Critical questions in the context of crisis management and learning were explored.
