This webinar draws on the ACEN Graduate Outcomes Survey data from 2020 and 2021 to explore WIL participation and outcomes across different student groups. More specifically, it will examine:
- Participation in different types of WIL during university years among graduates from varying backgrounds.
- How different types of WIL influence the employment outcomes of recent graduates from varying backgrounds.
- How different WIL activities impact on graduate perceptions of their preparedness for work, and variations by background characteristics.
In addition to the traditional equity groups, the webinar will focus on WIL participation and outcomes by citizenship and age. The webinar should provide important insights for educators and practitioners interested in access, diversity and inclusion, along with those responsible for designing and delivering inclusive WIL.
