Can I get help with communicating to students?

The Student Experience team offers support with crafting messages, formatting communications and managing distribution to students. We utilise a range of channels to communicate to students, including the all student newsletter – Ping!, Compass (current student) website, student emails, social media channels (Ask flinders Facebook and @Hey_Flinders Instagram accounts), FLO announcements, Flinders Connect digital signage, 1300 FLINDERS on hold messages, and SMS.

We can provide advice and guidance regarding the most appropriate channel(s) to use and the timing of when different messages should be sent.
