Discussion of Output vs Outcome – this relates to one of the key learnings from the most recent conference attended; namely to do as it says, to measure outcomes and not outputs.

This relates to thinking about what is the consequence of the work done, rather than the deliverables. This is also an indication of how we have been starting these discussions with key stakeholders at the beginning of our major projects.
