Hands on at Flinders Connect in O’Week

 

Here in Digital Student and Teaching Services we are committed to understanding and improving the student experience. Several of our staff volunteered to help Flinders Connect with their service delivery during O’Week, updating student ID cards ready for the start of Semester 1. This experience provided insight into the types of questions students have, the volume of students who seek assistance at Flinders Connect and some of the problems our students face.
