Flinders went live with the first phase of the new enterprise curriculum management system, CourseLoop in February 2021.
CourseLoop comprises the curriculum management system, including a database and workflow engine. This component provides many benefits to users by introducing online templates, sophisticated version control, tracking and workflow efficiencies for academic and professional staff involved in proposals, amendments and/or approvals of curriculum information. The automated workflow of CourseLoop is underpinned by the university’s academic governance policies and processes and will support a consistent and accurate real-time status of curriculum at Flinders.

What’s next… Handbook
The Handbook module will support clear and consistent publication of all approved curriculum items directly from CourseLoop. The Handbook will eventually replace the existing course rules and topic information pages.
