In April this year, a number of current students and recent alumni from across all teaching areas in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences were recognised for academic excellence, performance in clinical practice and development, and leadership and service throughout their studies.
Held in the Alere Function Room, Bedford Park Campus, awards were presented by Professor Lucy Chipchase (as Acting VPED) and Professor Chris Barr (Dean, Education). Several awards were sponsored by the College’s interprofessional partners, including Bay Audiology, Community Bridging Services, the Nurses Memorial Foundation of SA, Dietitians Australia, HenderCare, Speech Pathology Association of Australia and CSIRO.
