FCIC was well represented at the recent SALHN Awards with finalists in a number of categories, including Professor Justine Smith who won the Excellence in Research category.

• Caroline Richards, our fabulous Cancer Care Coordinator, Medical Oncology, in the category for Excellence in Nursing and Midwifery.
• The Exercise for Cancer Related Fatigue Program, run by Physiotherapy at FMC, for Excellence in Allied Health.
• Dr Erin Symonds, Principle Medical Scientist, Bowel Health Service, for Excellence in Research.
• Professor Justine Smith, Consultant Ophthalmologist and Eye and Vision Researcher who won the Excellence in Research category.
