We anticipate the 2021 Flinders Foundation / FHMRI seed grant round will open in June and close in mid-July. FHMRI is offering support for Seed grants, including:

• ‘page 1’ review panels, where applicants submit a one-pager, covering rationale, aims, significance and plans for further funding, which are discussed by a panel with applicants in the room
• organised groups of 3 to 4 EMCA applicants + a senior researcher. The group would review each seed grant application as if reviewing the application for the seed grant panel. The group meet ‘as a panel’ to share and discuss feedback on each other’s grants.

Timelines: one-pagers to be submitted by 1 June; drafted applications would be shared with the group by 28 June.
