Enthusiastic survey response sees Flinders climb higher

Information and Digital Services (IDS) would like to thank staff for participating in the 2018 Information Technology Service Quality survey.

Flinders University was one of many universities across Australia and New Zealand that participated in this survey, enabling us to benchmark our service standards across the Higher Education sector.

IDS is extremely pleased to have received more than 1100 responses, almost three times the responses from 2017, submitted in half the time.

In thanks for these survey responses, the lucky winners of two iPad prizes offered by IDS are Carey Burke from the College of Science and Engineering, and Dr Huiyun Du from the College of Nursing and Health Sciences (pictured above with Feisar Joya, IDS Associate Director of Client Services).

The results place Flinders University in fifth place, only four points away from the leader and six points clear of the next ranked university. This is a significant move ahead, jumping three places above the 2017 results.

In recognition, Flinders has been awarded for registering the highest year-on-year improvement, indicating that we are moving in the right direction towards improved services.

IDS is now analysing your feedback and will be developing initiatives and actions for 2019 in order to continue improving our services and provide you a better customer experience from IDS services.
