Service One update

2019 has been huge for Service One and with the year drawing to a close, the team is keen to update staff on some of the latest changes.

Several more finance services are now in Service One, including:
• Employee advance
• Reconcile an advance
• New project account
• Credit card cash withdrawal
• Cancel credit card

Archiving and policy services have recently been added to Service One, along with knowledge articles.

The platform has also been improved in a variety of ways, including delivering better results when searching and enabling staff to request a service on behalf of someone else. For more information on recent improvements, visit the dedicated ‘What’s new’ page inside Service One.

The year ahead

2020 will see the team continue working on workflows and approvals and expanding on the services available in Service One.
