From Monday 6 April, there will be several changes to regular campus services in light of restrictions surrounding the current COVID-19 situation.
Fleet cars will be broadly unavailable from Monday 6 April 2020. If a fleet booking is required it may still be booked via Service One, however Director level approval will need to be attached to the booking.
Post and courier
Mail items will not be delivered. Staff expecting mail can check with campus services between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday (Property Facilities and Development – PFD – operations near car park 9). Courier items can also be collected and sent from campus services during these hours. Staff who receive a package will be notified by PFD via email.
Security services will remain available as normal 24/7 by calling 8201 2880. Please note that if this phone number is needed in a hurry, it’s printed on the back of staff and student ID cards.
