Psychological well-being in difficult times

An online workshop next week will examine the foundations of psychological wellbeing and practical strategies we can apply to support our own wellbeing, especially when things get difficult.

The staff session, part of the University’s Health and Wellbeing program, will use examples to explore psychological needs and how these affect the brain, body, emotions, motivation, and relationships at work – with five simple strategies practised that can help improve resilience, adaptability and mental flexibility when dealing with difficulties.
