Be a part of Flinders’ journey towards Reconciliation

Everyone at Flinders University is encouraged to register and participate in the co-design workshops that are being organised to help ensure Flinders’ next Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) reflects the views of the entire University community.

The first workshop will be held on Kaurna Yarta (Bedford Park) on 4 July 2022. Staff can now register an Expression of Interest (EOI) to take part in the Kaurna Yarta workshop.

Further co-design workshops will be held in the Northern Territory l- on Arrernte Country (Alice Springs) on 25 July  and Larrakia Country (Darwin) on 26 July. You can register an Expression of Interest (EOI) for one of these sessions via this online link.

The workshops are being held in-person, with further opportunities to provide feedback online as the co-design and consultation process proceeds.

Staff are also reminded that Thursday 30 June is the last day to register your intention to hold a College or Portfolio RAP Focus Group Workshop. These workshops will help obtain feedback and provide insights on the current RAP’s engagement, implementation, highlights and challenges.

To schedule a time to contribute, please contact Anna Schkabaryn on reconciliation@flinders.edu.au.
