Pressure is building as the study year reaches its crescendo, so Flinders University Sport and Fitness is offering free yoga classes to help you destress and unwind.
The free yoga series will be run by Rachel Favilla and Matthew Reeves over five weeks, and will comprise classes that focus on some key areas of concern, including:
- Heart-opening yoga
- Hip-opening yoga
- For back pain
- To de-stress
- For sleep
The free yoga series will start on Thursday 6 October, conducted from 4-5pm, and will be held each following Thursday for five weeks. Bookings are essential, so be quick to email email@example.com at Flinders University Sport and Fitness and secure your spot.
