Make yourself a promise this World Mental Health Day

Held annually on 10 October, World Mental Health Day is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy. An initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, World Mental Health Day aims to raise public awareness of mental health issues worldwide.

This year, the message is simple: Look after your mental health, Australia.

Look After Your Mental Health Australia are encouraging Australians to make themself a mental health promise. Looking after your mental health and wellbeing, and knowing how to support others, has never been more important. Making a mental health promise is a great way to remind yourself to look after your wellbeing.
