Dust off your running shoes this spring

Get yourself moving this spring with Flinders 5, a free parkrun style event organised by Flinders University Sport & Fitness. Whether you run, walk or push, Flinders 5 is all about moving your body and getting active.

Held every Thursday at 7am, you can choose from a 2.5km or 5km circuit, starting at the Flinders train station. Reenergise after your workout with a coffee from Urban Paddock Co, conveniently located right at the finish line.
