New Performance Review options offered

Changes have been introduced to the Performance Review and Development (PRD) process, in response to feedback received during the 2022 Your Voice survey and the recent Process Improvement Survey.

The changes make it easier for staff to participate in the PRD process and record outcomes of their review. They also provide a starting point for a long-term PRD improvement review.

Staff now have a choice for review completion:

  • Option 1: Upload your relevant PRD template.
    • Academic staff can upload the current college template to the Career Section of their Workday profile.
    • Professional staff can upload their own relevant template – or use the template provided – to the Career Section of their Workday profile.
  • Option 2: Follow the existing guided process in Workday.

Professional staff can identify training needs as part of the review process. Capturing this information will help the Organisational Development and Diversity Team understand training needs across the organisation and provide meaningful input into the development of a Professional Development Calendar for the coming year.
