Works around campus this week include ongoing traffic management along University Drive and noisy works in the Physical Sciences workshop.

Traffic Management – University Drive 

Some traffic management will be in place along University Drive from Wednesday 26 April as the remaining gravel areas are sealed.

Intersection of University Drive and Sports Road:

• There will be no right hand turn from Sports Road onto University Drive, or from University Drive to Sports Road, during this period.
• University Drive will be restricted to one lane in each direction.

Traffic management and speed restrictions will be in place.

Intersection of University Drive and Sturt Road:

• Traffic turning right onto Sturt Road from University Drive will be restricted to one lane during this period.
• Traffic management and speed restrictions will be in place.

Please continue to drive carefully in these areas and obey traffic and speed restrictions.

Noisy works – Physical Sciences Workshop

Noisy works are scheduled for:

• Earth Sciences – Monday 1 May – (level 1)
• Physical Sciences Workshop building basement – Thursday 4 May (workshop basement)

The works are being undertaken out of business hours from 5am – 8.30am to help minimise disruption, but works will be loud. Please avoid these areas during these times if possible.

Recycled water pipes

Recycled water pipes are being installed along our boundary line near Sturt Road. Please avoid the area where possible, follow all pedestrian detours and do not cross into exclusion zones.
