Learn mindfulness in new workshop

Learn new ways to manage the stress of daily life from Amanda Goodfellow of Agile Mind, who is hosting a workshop at Flinders University on Monday 8 May.

The one-hour workshop, being held at Alere Function Centre from noon, will provide insight into the physical and mental benefits of mindfulness, and will equip guests with the tools they need to help manage their stress.
