Flinders innovators lead the way in SA

Flinders people featured prominently in the list of South Australia’s hottest start-ups and scale-up companies of 2023, published by The Advertiser’s SA Weekend magazine – with 10 participants being current or former members of Flinders’ New Venture Institute.

Current NVI members featured in the list are e-bike retrofitter TAV Systems, big data specialist SpiralData and sports hydration manufacturers PREPD.

Past participants of NVI programs include AICRAFT, TCPinpoint, Seed Terminator, CareApp, Lateral Vision, MyGigsters and eologix–ping.

Flinders graduate Eloise Hall (IntRel/BBus ‘23) was also recognised for her efforts in steering the success of Taboo Period Products, while other noted Flinders Graduates were Allys Todd (Tech(Ecot) ‘02) from Val.Ai and Anthony Baum (Ec ‘91).
