New workshop to help unlock potential

A new half-day workshop for professional staff will teach leaders how to use clarity and empowerment to set yourself and others up for success.

The professional staff workshops, delivered by Tracy Maxted from The Missing Think between 9.30am and 1pm on either Thursday 20 March or Thursday 21 June, is designed for those who lead and have responsibility for others.

Workshop participants will explore the tools and approaches to:

  • Set yourself and others up for success through using clarity and empowerment.
  • Deliver feedback that results in positive change, plus builds trust and accountability.
  • Foster mindsets that are open to learning, change and challenge.

These workshops are funded by the Professional Staff Development Fund, and are available to fixed term and continuing professional staff only.
