A wellbeing workshop for Flinders staff on 15 May will examine what foundations of psychological wellbeing and practical strategies we can apply to support our own wellbeing, especially when things get difficult.
During the workshop session, practical examples will be offered to explore our psychological needs and how these impact our brain, body, emotions, motivation and relationships at work. Participants will practice five simple strategies to improve resilience, adaptability and mental flexibility when dealing with difficulties.
Wellbeing webinar: Psychological Wellbeing in the Difficult Moments, presented by Associate Professor Lydia Woodyatt, from the College of Education, Psychology, and Social Work.
