It’s time for Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) – and all staff that obtain more than a 75% response rate for their SET will go into the draw to win a $50 gift card.

Encouraging all Flinders students to complete SET questionnaires provides insights that can improve the quality of topics and teaching.

Promoting SET in class or on FLO gives staff an opportunity to let students know how their feedback will ultimately help them at University, and assure them that student voice is heard here at Flinders.

Activities to help promote SET participation can include:

• Displaying the new SET QR code on screens and posts (QR code below).
• Taking 5 minutes in class to allow students to complete the SET.
• Post SET on FLO.
• Provide students with examples of changes you may have made from previous SET feedback.

SET is open until 5 July and participating students will receive an email invite with a link to set.flinders.edu.au. Students who provide their feedback will also go into the draw to win one of 10 gift cards.
