Interested in taking your studies to the next level by pursuing a PhD at Flinders? Experts will be on hand to explain how in a special information session “So you want to do a PhD?”
This special two-hour session, presented by the Office of Graduate Research, will be held in Theatre 1 on the ground floor of Flinders Tonsley at 5pm on Thursday 4 July
Learn how you can study a Higher Degree by Research – whether that be a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Research Masters – and explore the many pathways to help you become an expert in your field.
The event will enable participants to:
• Meet with specialist academic supervisors and expert staff from the Office of Graduate Research and Colleges.
• Learn all you need to know about Flinders research areas, scholarships and eligibility.
• Hear from current and past graduate researchers about their experiences.
• Choose which research area interests you and ask questions to experts in the field.
• Explore the options for your own future and what best suits your needs.
Nibbles and refreshments will be provided.
This event will be livestreamed from 5.15-6.45pm for those who can’t attend in person (a link will be sent to those who register online close to the event date).
