
On Thursday 12 September, Flinders University will join in the national acknowledgement of R U OK? Day, Australia’s day of action where we are reminded to ask R U OK? any day, because life happens every day.
As part of our acknowledgement of this important message, we are hosting an event for all staff and students on Thursday 12 September, from 11:30am in the Plaza.
Hosted by Professor Romy Lawson, Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor, join us to hear from guest speakers who will share their insights on the importance of mental health and the power of checking in with one another.

- Professor Lydia Woodyatt – Professor in Psychology at Flinders University
- Veanna Ranka – Bachelor of Clinical Sciences / Doctor of Medicine student, Oasis Wellbeing Ambassador and Senior Mental and Sexual Health Officer for Flinders University’s Health and Human Rights Group.
