People and Culture are hosting training sessions on Wednesday 2 April to help you navigate the Performance Review and Development (PRD) system in Workday. The session is open to both academic and professional staff, and will cover how to use both the guided and ‘upload your own’ functions.

In addition to the PRD navigation sessions, People and Culture are also running a Conversations about Performance workshop for supervisors on 8 April. This workshop explores all aspects of having conversations about performance and how participants might apply strategies to their own situations. Supervisors are invited to register here.
