We’re currently undertaking a series of engagement sessions with staff, leaders and key stakeholders across the University to align with the development of the next iteration of the Indigenous Workforce Strategy (IWS) and a STRETCH Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
After hosting sessions with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and leaders across both the Northern Territory and South Australia, we now invite all staff to attend an upcoming IWS Reflection and Collaboration session.
We strongly encourage you to participate in this important exercise, which will provide a valuable opportunity for us all to get together, share, connect, reflect and shape the future of the next strategy.
Please select you preferred session and register at your earliest convenience:
- Wednesday 16 July, 10am – 12pm, online
- Wednesday 16 July, 2pm – 4pm, in person
You can register for either session here.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, please send them to: indigenous.employment@flinders.edu.au.
We look forward to revealing the high-level findings, insights and recommendations from the IWS Reflection and Collaboration sessions with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and leaders.
