We need your help at Open Days!

Our preparations to host Open Days on campus on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 July at Bedford Park and Sunday 27 July at City Campus are well underway.

Over the three days, we will welcome thousands prospective students to our beautiful campuses to find out more about our courses and our facilities. Open Days are a critical student recruitment event for the University, and we need your help to give our visitors the best and safest experience.

Listed below are the roles that we are seeking staff to fill. Further information about roles and timing will be provided to those interested.

On Friday, Saturday (Bedford Park) and/or Sunday (City Campus), half-day or full-day shifts are available for:

  • Information Sessions Venue Coordinators
  • Information Desk
  • Welcome Area
  • Wayfinding Guides

Please note that the roles available are for general event assistance and are not college or study area specific roles.

For full-time and part-time salary staff, please discuss your interest in participating with your supervisor and gain their approval to be released from your normal duties during any shift on Friday 25 July. Your supervisor will also need to approve and provide overtime or time-in-lieu for any hours worked on Saturday 26 July or Sunday 27 July.

Casual staff will need to seek approval from their supervisor to be paid by their department for any hours worked.

Register your availability here.
