As we head into the final stretch of 2025, it’s time to check in on your required training. Completing your courses by September 30 ensures you’re up to date with your responsibilities, essential legislation and compliance standards, and the support structures available to you here at Flinders.

Whether it’s a refresher on Workplace safety, the Code of Conduct, or Equal Opportunity, each module is designed to support you and your colleagues to make Flinders a safe and inclusive place to work.

Here’s how you can stay on track:

• Log in to the Staff Learning Portal to view your assigned courses.
• Block out time in your calendar to complete them.
• Aim to finish early to avoid the last-minute rush!
