The Student System uplift project is on track, with the team working diligently behind the scenes to ensure the system is tested and ready for delivery as planned later this year.

To support the enhancements, there is a need for a short outage window from Friday 17 October 2025 to Monday 20 October 2025.

All affected users of the Student System will receive regular communications in the lead up to the outage, and the technical team is also working closely with key stakeholders to ensure outage impacts are limited.

Uplift project update 

• User acceptance and user experience testing is commencing to ensure the new system interface meets business requirements and improves user experience.
• Staff training is starting with business areas most greatly impacted by the system changes. Initial sessions are with the Scholarships team but will be offered to broader key stakeholders in September (more details to come).
• Resources are being developed to support all users (staff and students) with the transition to the system interface.
