Thermal Hub upgrade in Earth Sciences building

Work to upgrade the thermal hub between the Earth Sciences building and Physical Sciences Workshop is now underway. On Tuesday 9 September, work will include three new chiller units being craned onto the thermal hub platform. While there will be general construction noise and activity, disruptive work will be scheduled out of hours whenever possible. Work is expected to conclude by mid-October.

Anchor Court ground repairs

From Monday 29 September to Friday 3 October, cracked concrete in Anchor Court will be removed and a new ground surface poured. There will be periods of noisy activity with the work area cordoned off with bunting, and pedestrian traffic management in place. Access through Anchor Court, to the college front, learning spaces and Blend Café will be maintained.

Car park 12 temporary closure

On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, car park 12, adjacent to the HMRB and Station Plaza will be closed for parking to allow line marking works to occur.

So, if you plan to work, study, play sport in the precinct, or use the car park as a park ‘n ride, please allow extra time over that weekend to park in an alternate car park or commute a different way.

Please follow directions on signage in the area.
