Taking the lead for your PRD

On Tuesday 9 September 2025, the team at People and Culture will be taking you through the Performance Review and Development (PRD) process in Workday.

This is a practical session, demonstrating how to navigate the PRD dashboard, including the different templates available.

Whether you’re new to PRD at Flinders or just need a refresher, this session will help you to complete the PRD process with confidence.

All staff are required to complete a Performance Review and Development (PRD) conversation every 12 months. If you haven’t done yours yet, now is the perfect time to learn more and start the process.
