Help shape the staff experience

Have your say on career development, leadership and learning at Flinders by attending a university-wide staff workshop.

The People and Culture team is developing a Flinders capability model. The model will help guide recruitment, learning and development, career growth and leadership development across Flinders.

It will also help define the skills, behaviours and leadership qualities that support success across the University.

To ensure the model reflects the real experiences, aspirations and needs of our staff, we want to hear from all staff.

During the session, we’ll discuss questions such as:

  • What skills and capabilities will be most important for future success?
  • What should leadership look like at Flinders in the years ahead?
  • What behaviours and ways of working help people and teams perform at their best?

This is your opportunity to influence the skills, behaviours and leadership approaches that will help shape the future staff experience at Flinders, from learning and development opportunities to career growth, recruitment and leadership.
