The University Web Team has implemented Service One for managing web content requests and updates.

Staff are asked to please log a Service One request for changes to website copy.

The web content update service is listed under General Services in Service One, and can also be accessed by using the website feedback and requests link at the bottom of each webpage.

This change will enable the web team to allocate requests and keep track of requests more easily.
