Free bootcamp to help reach your goals

Flinders University Sport and Fitness is offering free bootcamp sessions throughout semester 2. With focus blocks to help measure your progress and provide you with real motivation for success, make sure you check out this incredible offer while it lasts!

Block 1 is currently underway and focuses on body weight strength. Block 2 begins 24 August and will focus on isometric muscular endurance and the final block on aerobic fitness will start 5 September.

The sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday from 7am from the Sports Centre.
