Dr Patterson will take part in Dining, Dignity and Health on May 11, alongside Professor Geraint Rogers and food personalities Maggie Beer and Rosa Matto, who will share their passion for transforming health and wellbeing in ageing through food within the broader context of food as nutrition, culture and the dining experience.
