Car park 5 and Humanities Road will be temporarily closed from Saturday 19 November

Works to resurface Humanities Road and car park 5 will start this Saturday, to improve safety within the area. During this time, the following areas will be affected:

• Car park 5 will be closed to all vehicles from Saturday 19 November until early February 2023. Please follow construction signage and make use of nearby car parks – 1, 2 or 4.
• Humanities Road will be closed for periods during the works.
• Access to parking at the rear of the Library will be restricted for periods during these works.

The road resurfacing works are expected to be completed by early February 2023.

Ongoing traffic management on University Drive

On Friday 18 November and Saturday 19 November, turning lanes for traffic exiting Bedford Park campus at the corner of University Drive and Sturt Road will be impacted. Please be aware of changing conditions and continue to avoid the area if possible.

Please continue to take additional care when travelling on University Drive as traffic management remains in place. Remember to slow down, follow all signage and allow additional time to leave campus. Where possible, please consider Flinders Drive as an alternative route. While every effort is being made to minimise disruption, particularly for traffic exiting the university during peak times, there may be some delays.
