Spence scholarship win for SWIRLS member

SWIRLS PhD member Tessa Cunningham has been awarded the Catherine Helen Spence Memorial Scholarship 2023.

SWIRLS – Social Work Innovation Research Living Space, a part of the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work – is a leading national social work research centre, aiming to generate new evidence and research to understand social issues, and to support the development of practice and policy across the fields of social and human service work and, where research and evidence already exist, to translate this work to benefit society.

Tessa was presented with her scholarship by Katrine Hildyard – SA Minister for Child Protection and Minister for Women and the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence.
