There is an opportunity to be involved in the marking of the Advanced Studies theme. There are 3 major assessments in MD Advanced Studies:
- The evidence-based medicine project
- The clinical audit
- Scholarship outcome
There are defined learning outcomes to be met with these assignments and an objective marking rubric. The expectation would be to mark between 5 and 10 assignments in total with the provision of written feedback to the candidate. The assessor could choose which of these assignment subtypes they would feel comfortable marking.
We will acknowledge your contribution with a certificate of appreciation for your professional portfolio, or to present to your medical college as evidence of CPD.
