Flinders University’s invoice management system Basware has recently undergone a significant upgrade from Basware version 5.1 to version 20.4. The upgrade of Basware has introduced additional functionality and stability and now provides an improved multiplatform user experience. The upgrade of the Basware system successfully went live on Thursday 22nd April 2021 and can be accessed through Okta for those staff who utilise Basware for their role.
Chrome is the recommended internet browser to use while performing any of your Basware tasks. Current user guides and help videos are available to you on the Basware Support Page.
To enhance your knowledge and skills when approving, coding or reviewing invoices within the upgraded Basware, there is a valuable iEnrol course you are able to register into. While the iEnrol course is not mandatory, it is highly recommended you complete the course if your role includes the use of Basware.
