Last week Flinders University visited Renmark High School for their bi-annual recruitment roadshow.

Students from Waikerie High, Loxton High, Berri Regional Secondary College, and Renmark High attended with their careers advisors.

The Flinders recruitment team gave a presentation about pathways to Flinders, campus life and opportunities.

Academics from many disciplines travelled for the event, presented information about the programs they are involved in and conducted activities and workshops for students to participate in.

Dr Helen Harrison gave a concise overview of the different health topics available at Flinders including the new postgraduate SA Rural Medical Program. Many students showed interest in studying a health course and approximately twelve were keen to study medicine in the future.

It was a well organised and attended event and we thank both Renmark High as the hosts and Felicity and Ines from the Education Pathways Team for their brilliant organisation of the day.
