Tina Jackson – Senior Financial Analyst for Rural and Remote Health SA and NT

We welcome Tina as the new Senior Financial Analyst for Rural and Remote Health SA and NT.  Her previous experience includes working in the SA public sector (including Auditor General’s Department and Education Department), Electus, The William Light Institute (associated with Ballarat University) and The University of Adelaide.

Tina brings 20 years of rich experience working in finance business partnering and management accountant roles and has also worked as a training manager, facilitator and has lectured international students.

With her love of travel Tina has learned different languages including Spanish and German. She recently started a course in dog psychology, training and behaviour management and has two fur babies, Bella and Murphy. Bella is a 12 month old long haired German Shepherd who she is training for obedience trials which includes scent work. Murphy is a nine week old Golden Retriever puppy.

Tina has a Cert IV in teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) and has used this to facilitate English language classes at a local library for new arrivals which she has found rewarding.

She is passionate about education, access to education, encouraging and giving people the confidence and support to either engage in or pursue further education.

Tina also shared another passion, AFL footy, but did not share her favourite club.

As our new Senior Financial Analyst for Rural and Remote Health SA and NT, Tina will be sharing her time between the Murray Bridge campus and CMPH office at Bedford Park.
