Dr Lillian Krikheli, Speech Pathologist and committee member of Australian Allied Health in Palliative Care, presents the outcomes from an international multi-phase project which explored the practices of speech pathologists in paediatric palliative care, and the 21 preliminary best practice recommendations that were developed.
