Dr Lareen Newman, Senior Research Fellow at Flinders University’s Southgate Institute for Health Society & Equity, was recently appointed to the Independent Grants Panel of the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network. Lareen has over fifteen years’ experience as a social researcher investigating consumer access to a range of health, community and welfare services.
