The footbridge which connects Sturt and North Ridge is temporarily closed for refurbishment works. While these works are underway the gully tracks which run underneath the footbridge will also be closed.

For now, the best way to travel across campus is by catching the regular loop bus service.  Additional shuttles are in operation until the footbridge reopens. If you feel like a walk instead, just follow the detour along University Drive but stay safe by sticking to the paths and pedestrian crossings.

Finally, take note that the vehicle speed limit on University Drive will also be reduced at times, as there will be numerous heavy vehicles entering and exiting the site at the bottom of the gully.

The project is expected to be completed by Semester Two, 2019.
